We are interested in all types of challenges – including demanding ones in technology, software, and engineering.

Typically, the company is already operationally strong: the product works, the team is solid, and existing customers are satisfied.

At the same time, the external perception does not reflect this: positioning is unclear, communication feels generic or too complex, and the market does not immediately understand what makes the company special.

In this phase, a common feeling emerges, often expressed by founders or CEOs:
