Commsgrow is led by Xenia Rabe-Lehmann (strategy, communication & project management) and Ana Arias (visual concepts & execution).

We come from agencies and international companies and have learned one key thing: complex services need to be clearly positioned and translated into communication that actually works.

Xenia studied journalism and has worked for decades in senior roles – first in agency client consulting, later as Head of Operational Marketing and Corporate Communications. She has managed large budgets, led projects, and supported companies both strategically and operationally – from positioning to execution, including technology-driven and publicly listed companies. She is also a certified AI Manager.

Ana studied graphic design and has spent many years developing visual concepts for agencies and companies based on strategic foundations. Her focus: content should not only look good, but be understood and experienced. From initial idea to final execution, she has led projects independently – including complex requirements and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

We work with artificial intelligence as if it were a team member and complement our offering with specialists from our network, depending on what a project requires.
